I’m a clinical social worker with over a decade of experience treating a variety of emotional concerns. My clients appreciate my approach: authentic, warm, curious, active, and able to offer challenge when needed. I strive to use my sense of humor in work that is often heavy. I believe the “fit” between therapist and client is a crucial part of treatment success, and encourage you to view our first few meetings as a time to assess whether we might work well together.

My specialties include relationships, depression, anxiety, trauma, workplace challenges and general feelings of being 'stuck.' I have received postgraduate training in perinatal emotional complications (depression and anxiety during pregnancy and the postpartum period) and am thrilled to work with new parents who are getting their sea legs. In addition, I have particular interest in women's sexuality including issues of pelvic floor dysfunction/painful sex. I have extensive experience working with the LGBTQ community and am honored to support clients around sexual orientation, gender identity, and the coming out process. I also provide gender affirming surgery evaluations and documentation as appropriate.

In addition, I have years of experience in addictions work, and can help clients who are curious about exploring their relationships to substances, as well as supporting family members and loved ones.
